Product Features of DZG Fixed Grate Coal-fired Boiler

1. The horizontal drum of the three-stage central boiler is laid out in longitudinal arrangement. 

    Both sides of the furnace are covered densely with bare tubes and water-wall tubes. 

2. Inside the drum are two-stage thread flue gas tubes, and the flue gas flows through the three 

    stages.

3. It is characterized by larger heating surface, better heat transfer, greater power output, 

    and low exhaust smoke temperature;

4. Boiler coves are used both at front and at rear, hoisting the burning efficiency to a further extent.

5. This quick-assembly boiler requires shorter period of erection and low installation costs. 

    Since the boiler room is arranged on single floor, it cuts down the costs for foundation 

    construction.Multi-interlocking protection on pressures, temperature, and waterlevel keeps 

    the boiler to run safely and reliably.
